PICTURES CANNOT BE UPLOADED DIRECTLY TO THE WEBSITE. Your ad will be created by a professional at Moments to Remember, LLC after you email the information requested on our Contact/Place Order page, complete your payment (an invoice will be emailed to you along with a link for online payment purposes), and provide the pictures as described on our How to Send Your Pictures page.

Layout
FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS -- Unless otherwise requested, Moments to Remember, LLC will use its creative talent in designing your child's customized ad. If you have any specific requests that you'd like us to include (i.e. a general layout - you may also send us a rough draft if you choose, clip art, a special background such as stripes, polka dots, specific fonts, your child's favorite colors, school colors, etc.), please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Personal Message
Please provide your child's personalized message to Moments to Remember, LLC at the time of purchase.

Photo-Editing
Photo-Editing is available at a small cost per picture (see Pricing page). This includes date/time removal, red-eye reduction, slight imperfection removal such as small stains, minimal eye-glass glare, and shadow reduction. It does not include major alterations.

Pictures
Please ensure that your pictures are of good quality. We cannot improve a fuzzy, distorted picture. We cannot accept pictures that are taken with a cell phone or copied off of FaceBook, as the image quality is poor and your ad will not look professional. If they are scanned in and sent on a disk or via email, they MUST be at a MINIMUM resolution of 300 ppi. Each picture must be non-copyrighted or, if copyrighted, must be accompanied by a specific release from the photographer. All pictures must be in good taste. Moments to Remember, LLC has the sole discretion to refuse to accept any picture it feels is not in compliance with the above requirements.

Who We Work With
Moments to Remember, LLC frequently works directly with the parent/customer solely for design services. In those situations, we are not a liason for your child's school. Purchase of our services does not constitute a purchase of the ad space sold separately by your child's school. Once your ad is completed, Moments to Remember, LLC will send the product to you directly. It is your responsibility to turn it into the school or its designated representative in a timely fashion for publishing.

Moments to Remember, LLC also works closely with many schools -- from handling/processing all of the yearbook ad orders to designing all of the purchased ads. If your school takes advantage of this service, you will receive a free template design with the purchase of your ad. After selecting which size ad you'd like to purchase, you will then review and select your preferred template or you may upgrade to a customized ad. After receiving the information requested on our Contact/Place Order page, Moments to Remember, LLC will prepare an invoice and will email it to you, along with a link for online payment purposes (exception -- a few schools still handle the initial order taking /payment collection and simply direct you to Moments to Remember, LLC for your free template design; in which case, you will only receive an invoice from Moments to Remember, LLC if upgrading to a customized design or if purchasing additional options). After payment has been received and the pictures have been provided, Moments to Remember, LLC will create your ad for you and will submit it to the school in a timely fashion for publishing.

Completion Time
FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS (exception -- If a free template is included with your ad purchase and you are simply upgrading your order, please refer to the FOR SCHOOL TEMPLATES paragraph below for information on the completion time.) --
Moments to Remember, LLC will make all efforts to complete your ad in a timely manner. Once your ad is completed, a proof will be sent to you via e-mail. Upon approval of the ad, Moments to Remember, LLC will prompty mail the CD and/or glossy print of the completed project to you along with the pictures you sent (pick-up is available for customers in the Tampa Bay area). Ads will generally be completed 5-7 business days (often much earlier) after receipt of all pictures. However, due to unexpected volume, delays are possible. It is strongly recommended that you plan accordingly and beat the rush!

FOR SCHOOL TEMPLATES-- You must place your order on or before the deadline given by your school. Once your ad is completed (this often takes time due to the volume of orders placed at any given school), a proof will be sent to you via email. If you would like to see any changes to your proof (alternative colors, font, message, etc), Moments to Remember, LLC will provide you with one free revised proof. Subsequently, there will be an additional charge of $10 for each revised template. If upgrading to a customized ad, there will be no charge for any revisions (unless new or replacement pictures are added; $5/picture). There will be no charge for any changes that are required due to the error of Moments to Remember, LLC. If you do not respond within 7 days after your proof has been sent, Moments to Remember, LLC will assume that you approve the ad and will submit it for publication. Changes may not be made once this has been done.

Use in Marketing/Web Site
Moments to Remember, LLC may use your completed ad for marketing purposes, either in-person or via the internet. Should Moments to Remember, LLC do so, it will change the names of your child, family and school in order to protect your privacy.
